- Net interest margin widened 1.8 percentage points quarter over quarter to 22.9%, reflecting loan growth and a shift toward unsecured credit.
- Credit cost fell 9% quarter over quarter to USD 1.7 billion, on typical seasonal improvement in early delinquencies.
- Customers increased by about 4 million in the quarter to 139 million; Mexico launched as a bank, reaching 15.8 million clients.
