- The deal shifts CLERHP from service provider to owner of the Marelago land and project rights.
- Home deliveries scheduled for 2027-2028, targeting at least USD 60 million in sales and USD 20 million in gross margin.
- Marelago has CONFOTUR status, providing tax incentives for tourism projects in the Dominican Republic.
