- Net loss widened to USD 3.5 million from USD 0.5 million, while gross margin swung to -18% from 12% on higher energy costs.
- Cash and cash equivalents rose to USD 52.8 million at June 30 after a June equity offering raised USD 63.25 million in gross proceeds.
- Management said it is negotiating a long-term lease for the full ~65 MW CLT-01 campus, with no definitive agreement executed as of Aug. 13.
