Reuters2026/08/13 20:31- Life Time Group Holdings entered a Sixteenth Amendment to its credit agreement on Aug. 12, 2026, refinancing its $985 million 2026 Term Loan Facility.
- The amendment cuts the interest rate margin by 0.25% to 1.75%.
- Effective fixed rate on the term loan borrowings is now 5.159%, reflecting existing interest rate swaps.
- The 2026 Term Loan Facility was issued at par with no original issue discount.
- The facility keeps its Nov. 5, 2031 maturity.
