- Noninterest income more than doubled to $1.49 million, driven by a $918,000 bank-owned life insurance death benefit payout.
- Noninterest expense rose 25.44% to $3.44 million on $611,000 of merger-related transaction costs plus equity-award vesting expenses.
- Brookfield Bancshares deal targets a fourth-quarter 2026 close, valuing the transaction at $73.66 million, or about $14.28 per share.
