- Cash and cash equivalents were about USD 4.2 million in early August; runway expected through Q1 2027 under the current plan.
- Launched a structured partnering process for CAD-1005, frunexian and tecarfarin following Phase 2 CAD-1005 data showing >25% thrombotic-event reduction.
