- Cash consideration only, subject to adjustments tied to defined external debts; Moltex is in administration.
- Portfolio reflects more than C$96 million of prior private investment and public funding; SSR-W completed Phase 1 of Canada’s CNSC vendor design review.
- Closing targeted within three months, subject to conditions including UK national security review and customary consents.
