- It reported selling the remaining 416,667 shares of Series B Preferred Stock on Aug. 7 for cash proceeds of $2.5 million.
- Pro forma stockholders’ equity was estimated at $5.84 million as of Aug. 7, above Nasdaq’s $2.5 million continued-listing requirement.
- The company is awaiting Nasdaq’s formal determination that it has regained compliance with the stockholders’ equity rule.
