Reuters2026/08/13 18:08- Acosta Verde shareholders met on Aug. 12, 2026, adopting resolutions to pursue a minority-stake buyout to reach 100% ownership in certain real estate assets.
- The meeting authorized signing, ratifying, or amending assignment agreements and related documents; execution remains subject to closing conditions.
- Shareholders also authorized the company to assume the acquisition consideration and recognize a payable to the minority sellers, contingent on those conditions.
- An MXN 1.09 billion variable-capital increase was approved via up to 6,313,786 Serie “A” shares at MXN 171.85 each.
- The plan also approved offering up to 4,518,756 Serie “A” shares to minority sellers, subject to availability and closing conditions; not confirmed executed.
