- EBIT climbed 1.4% to EUR 105.4 million, while EBT excluding valuation results fell 6.3% to EUR 70.4 million on higher interest expense.
- Funds from operations slipped 6.5% to EUR 69.6 million, with FFO per share down 6.1% to EUR 0.92.
- Tenant sales increased 2.4% as footfall dipped 1.3%; occupancy edged down 0.3 percentage points to 95.4%.
- Management confirmed the 2026 outlook, targeting revenue of EUR 269 million-EUR 277 million and FFO of EUR 134 million-EUR 142 million.
