- Shareholders will vote on adding Niels Smedegaard, a former DFDS CEO, to the board.
- Jan Johan Kühl, managing partner at Polaris Management, is also proposed as a new board member.
- Chair Claus V. Hemmingsen will step down at the meeting, clearing the way for the board to elect a new chair.
- The meeting is expected on Sept. 8, 2026.
