- Atlas One is expected to be merged into Parvis Investment Services, consolidating both platforms under one licensed dealer.
- A concurrent first tranche of unsecured convertible debenture financing raised CAD 175,000 to fund integration work.
- Debentures convert at CAD 0.55 with 1:1 warrants exercisable at CAD 0.65 for 24 months; total financing could reach CAD 3 million.
