- RD expense rose to USD 5.9 million from USD 3.5 million, reflecting higher investment in the EscharEx Phase III VALUE trial.
- Cash, cash equivalents and deposits totaled USD 36 million at June 30, down from USD 54 million at year-end 2025.
- Full-year 2026 revenue guidance of USD 24-26 million was reaffirmed, with MSA revenue under Vericel’s BARDA contract expected in H2 2026.
