- Revenue edged down to USD 42.5 million; adjusted EBITDA (non-IFRS) turned positive to USD 4.6 million, for an 11% margin.
- Gross margin expanded to 29%, up 1,400 basis points year over year; cash from operations rose to USD 5.7 million.
- Backlog stood at USD 415 million at June 30; cash and cash equivalents increased to USD 26.2 million.
- Agreed to buy Conduent’s tolling solutions business for USD 70 million cash plus shares; closing expected in Q4 2026.
