- The internal logistics integrator was formed in April 2026 through the combination of Rastec, Niparmi, Sareskoski.
- The combined pro forma 2025 revenue was about 32 million euros.
- Keskinen previously served as CEO of Elisa IndustrlQ Finland, also led Leanware as CEO.
