- Total consideration was SEK 102 million, including SEK 49.7 million in cash and a SEK 52 million seller note.
- Most cash funding came from a secured SEK 40 million loan from Moank, with the remainder from a directed share issue and a convertible loan.
- Dynava reported 2025 net sales of about SEK 318 million, EBITDA of about SEK 12 million, and underlying operating profit of SEK 20-24 million.
