- Cliens will keep operating under its own brand within Mandatum; management and employees retain 21.6% ownership.
- Deal targets faster growth in Swedish and Nordic asset management; Mandatum expects immediate EPS accretion on completion.
- Cliens managed about SEK 36 billion of assets at June 30, 2026; 2025 net revenue was SEK 222 million, EBIT SEK 123 million.
- Closing is expected by end-2026, subject to clearance from Swedish financial and competition authorities.
