- IFRS EBITDA climbed 54% to EUR 117.12 million; adjusted EBITDA margin widened 7.7 percentage points to 21.8%.
- Net cash edged up 0.7% to EUR 769.02 million; cash and cash equivalents including securities and physical gold totaled EUR 830.16 million.
- Friedrich Vorwerk raised its 2026 EBITDA outlook to EUR 180-200 million; MBB lifted its adjusted EBITDA margin view to 18%-20%.
