Oma Savings Bank FY26 H1 profit before taxes rises 1.8% to EUR 22.1 million; total operating income drops 14.2% to EUR 102.42 million

- Total operating income fell 14.2% year on year to EUR 102.42 million as net interest income dropped 20.7% to EUR 72.1 million.
- Net fee and commission income rose 6.9% to EUR 26.56 million, while net impairment losses narrowed 52.4% to EUR 14.94 million.
- Non-performing exposures climbed to EUR 547.8 million, representing 9.4% of the loan portfolio; loans granted jumped 41.6% to EUR 458.6 million.
- S-Bank launched a recommended cash tender offer of EUR 17.20 per share; OmaSp expects 2026 comparable profit before taxes to slip slightly.
