- Total income climbed 13% to SEK 372 million; cost/income ratio widened to 30.4%, or 27.7% excluding one-off transaction costs.
- Loan loss ratio narrowed 0.8 percentage points to 3.5%; gross loans rose 19% to SEK 18 billion despite a SEK 440 million NPL sale.
- H1 profit before tax increased 13% to SEK 187 million as total income rose 13% to SEK 742 million.
- MedMera Bank acquisition closed on July 1 for SEK 1.96 billion, financed via excess capital, SEK 592 million rights issue, NOK 300 million AT1, SEK 200 million T2.
