- System targets 4-inch glass wafers for weeks-long prototyping, small-volume production, pilot builds, and customer demand evaluation.
- nano@stanford will manage access for members, provide user feedback, support demonstrations, and validate the equipment in a shared-use environment.
- Direct Laser Writer uses 100 nm precision, enabling simultaneous fabrication of more than 100 metalenses as small as 0.1 mm diameter.
- Deployment supports a “mini foundry” footprint in Silicon Valley, tied to MetaOptics’ U.S. expansion and SystemX Alliance engagement.
