Tevano appoints David Bajwa CEO, interim CFO

- Bajwa also took on the interim chief financial officer role; both posts were vacant following Benjamin Sawchuk’s death.
- Bajwa has been a Tevano director since March 2021; he previously served as CEO.
- He has more than 25 years of capital markets experience with North American public companies.
- He was part of Chartwell Technology’s founding group, supporting its TSX listing through its 2011 sale to Amaya Gaming.
