- Net interest margin widened to 4.26% from 3.60% a year earlier, while net interest income rose 31% to $26.68 million.
- Non-interest expense climbed 31% to $16.47 million, including a $2.64 million litigation settlement charge.
- Provision for credit losses increased to $2.79 million from $925,000; nonperforming loans fell to 0.65% of total loans from 1.14%.
- Loans grew 7% annualized to $2.22 billion from year-end; deposits rose 13% annualized to $2.32 billion.
