- General and administrative expense totaled USD 6.6 million, offset partly by USD 392,131 of interest income from the Trust Account.
- Net loss for the six months ended June 30, 2026 widened to USD 6.21 million.
- Cash was USD 1.14 million at June 30, 2026; marketable securities in the Trust Account were USD 216.89 million.
- Units began separating into Class A ordinary shares and public rights for trading starting July 17, 2026.
