- Non-GAAP EBITDA rose 17% to USD 6.9 million, while net aircraft available declined 11% to 15.3.
- Average utilization climbed 11% to 523 hours per aircraft; block hours slipped 1% to 8,010, with ACMI share up 3 percentage points to 87%.
- Fleet modernization advanced with authority to expand to 25 aircraft; five A320s slated for 2H entry, with only two scheduled 2-year checks left in Q3.
