- FFO attributable to stockholders swung to $46.11 million from a loss of $23.08 million; AFFO fell 23.58% to $62.71 million.
- Occupancy held at 94% across the 598-property portfolio as of June 30, 2026, with multifamily at 95%, industrial 90%, office 91%.
- April suspension of share repurchases, distribution cut; Aug. 3 Apollo deal raised $1.02 billion for 41.5% affordable-housing JV interest.
