Sound Point Meridian fee waiver cuts base management fee to 1.5%, incentive fee to 15% through Dec. 31, 2026
Reuters2026/08/12 11:02- Sound Point Meridian Capital entered a management fee waiver with its investment adviser covering July 1, 2026 to Dec. 31, 2026.
- The waiver cuts the annual base management fee to 1.5% from 1.75%.
- It also reduces the annual incentive fee to 15% from 20% of pre-incentive net investment income.
