- The deal replaces a Radisson Hotel Group lease that expires at year-end 2026, lifting the asset’s market value.
- The 191-room hotel will rebrand from Radisson Blu Bodø to Clarion Hotel Bodø under the new lease.
- Pandox will jointly renovate the entrance and lobby with Strawberry to support the repositioning.
