Fibra Macquarie Mexico taps Fibra MTY as replacement manager after Macquarie Asset Management Mexico resigns
Reuters2026/08/12 01:27- Fibra Macquarie Mexico holders voted to replace Macquarie Asset Management Mexico as manager with Fibra MTY’s internal manager.
- The change is contingent on closing of an internalization agreement signed June 26, 2026, which also waives a six-month notice period.
- Unitholders also authorized amendments to the trust agreement plus a new management contract to implement the manager transition.
- The meeting reached quorum with 84.76% of CBFIs outstanding represented.
