TAESA sets payment for BRL 206.78 million in dividends and interest on equity for Nov. 26
Reuters2026/08/12 00:15- TAESA’s board authorized publication of its 2Q26 interim financial report for the period ended June 30, 2026.
- Board set R$ 123.84 million in interest on equity, equal to R$ 0.12 per share or R$ 0.36 per unit.
- Board also declared R$ 82.94 million in dividends, equal to R$ 0.08 per share or R$ 0.24 per unit.
- Record date set for Aug. 14, 2026; shares trade ex-proventos Aug. 17; payment scheduled for Nov. 26, 2026.
