- Sepanjang 2025, grup menyerahkan 19.506 unit; Tenda 18.190; Alea 1.316; Tenda melampaui 200.000 rumah diserahkan secara historis.
- Model Tenda mengandalkan dinding beton cor di tempat dengan bekisting aluminium; kapasitas terpasang 22.000 unit per tahun.
- Alea memperluas konstruksi off-site wood frame; pabrik Jaguariúna berkapasitas 10.000 rumah per tahun; sekitar 60% rumah diproduksi di pabrik.
- Laporan menyoroti penurunan jejak karbon rumah Alea 45 m² sekitar 60% dibanding bata konvensional; hingga 80% dibanding beton bertulang.
