- Pendapatan bunga bersih naik 12,6% menjadi USD 6,9 juta, net interest margin melebar 22 basis poin menjadi 4,06%.
- Beban bunga turun 16,4% menjadi USD 2,5 juta, dipicu penurunan 33 basis poin rata-rata suku bunga liabilitas berbunga.
- Perusahaan mencatat provisi rugi kredit USD 119.000, termasuk USD 169.000 untuk komitmen yang belum ditarik.
- Dewan mengumumkan dividen tunai USD 0,09 per saham, dibayar 12 Agustus 2026; program buyback hingga 5% mulai berjalan 28 Juli 2026.
