- Rugi operasi GAAP melebar ke USD 4,31 juta, dipicu beban penurunan nilai USD 4,19 juta pada satu properti di Arizona.
- Pendapatan operasi naik 3,2% menjadi USD 12,69 juta, didorong penjualan hasil panen USD 333.000.
- Beban bunga turun 6,3% menjadi USD 4,66 juta, sementara pendapatan sewa naik tipis 0,5% menjadi USD 12,36 juta.
- Perusahaan menjual dua lahan di Florida pada Juli seharga USD 3,2 juta, mencatat rugi bersih USD 159.000.
