The dollar-to-yen recorded 159.26, a slight increase from the previous day’s 159.24; the dollar-to-Swiss franc was 0.8112, higher than the previous day’s 0.8101; the dollar-to-Canadian dollar was 1.3920, down from the previous day's 1.3942; and the dollar-to-Swedish krona was 9.5244, higher than the previous day’s 9.5016. The slight fluctuation in the US Dollar Index reflects the balance of market forces during the trading day, and the ups and downs of major currency pairs also indicate differing market expectations among various economies.
