- Faust terakhir bekerja di Olive, membangun layanan pengiriman dan retur bebas limbah untuk sejumlah merek ritel.
- Ia ikut mendirikan Jet.com; sebagai COO memimpin merchandising, replenishment, fulfillment, layanan pelanggan, serta meluncurkan model Smart Cart.
- Usai akuisisi Jet.com oleh Walmart pada 2016, Faust menjadi SVP Walmart U.S. eCommerce Supply Chain, memimpin transformasi pengalaman pengiriman.
