- The shares were issued as part of a EUR 16.5 million deal to acquire 51% of Stantup Service from Rocket Sharing Company.
- Share capital rises to EUR 57.31 million, represented by 8,153,129 ordinary shares.
- The issuance cuts a pre-deal 1% stake to 0.72%.
