Servana launches SEK 5 million directed share issue at SEK 0.004 per share

- The deal issues 1,250,000,000 shares at SEK 0.004 per share, lifting the share count to 8,504,915,574 shares.
- The board also decided to raise a SEK 6 million Konvertibellån, carrying 1.5% monthly interest, maturing June 30, 2028.
- Investors and lenders receive warrants; up to 4,681,818,180 options at SEK 0.0086 could raise about SEK 40.3 million.
