- Cash, cash equivalents, restricted cash and marketable securities totaled $155.2 million at June 30, with runway expected into Q2 2028.
- Plans to initiate a Phase 1 study of KAT6A degrader PRT13722 in HR+ breast cancer in Q4 2026, pending IND clearance; PRT12396 Phase 1 enrollment continues in PV and MF.
