Reuters2026/08/10 20:35- OceanLight Acquisition closed its IPO of 10,000,000 units at USD 10 per unit on Nasdaq under OCLTU.
- Underwriters hold a 45-day option to buy up to 1,500,000 additional units at the IPO price to cover over-allotments.
- Each unit includes one ordinary share, one right for 1/4 ordinary share at a business combination, one redeemable warrant.
- Each whole warrant is exercisable at USD 11.5 per ordinary share; units began trading Aug. 7.
- Separately traded ordinary shares, rights, warrants are expected to list on Nasdaq as OCLT, OCLTR, OCLTW.
