VivoSim Labs announces annual shareholder meeting
Reuters2026/08/10 13:01- VivoSim Labs schedules its 2026 annual stockholder meeting for Sept. 30, 2026, held virtually at www.virtualshareholdermeeting.com/VIVS2026.
- Votes include electing Keith Murphy and Adam Stern as Class III directors to serve through the 2029 annual meeting.
- Stockholders will also vote on a reverse stock split within a board-set ratio range, effective any time through Sept. 30, 2027.
- Other items include auditor ratification, an advisory executive pay vote, an amended 2022 equity plan share increase, warrant-share issuance, warrant repricing to USD 0.85.
