- Before closing, Sprott held 30,984,979 shares, or 17.6% non-diluted, rising to 27.8% partially diluted including warrants.
- Post-closing, holdings rise to 34,984,979 shares, or 19.5% non-diluted, rising to 30.5% partially diluted including warrants.
- Sprott agreed not to exercise warrants above a 19.9% ownership threshold unless shareholders approve a control-person resolution on Aug. 20, 2026.
