Reuters2026/08/10 12:15- Loyalist Exploration Limited launched a non-brokered private placement of up to 37,500,000 common shares at $0.04 each for up to $1.5 million.
- The financing includes an option to issue up to 12,500,000 additional shares at $0.04 for up to $500,000 more.
- Proceeds target 43-101 technical reports, a resource estimate, a preliminary economic assessment for Tully, permitting work, property payments, working capital.
- Separately, up to $200,000 of debt will be settled via up to 5,000,000 shares at $0.04 to certain individuals, including officers.
- First closing is expected on or about Aug. 31, 2026.
