- The court will consider whether to grant a proposed dismissal of the Icahn Partners-led action, with the case to be dismissed with prejudice for the plaintiffs.
- The proposed dismissal would not bar other Illumina stockholders from pursuing related claims, leaving separate derivative actions pending in Delaware intact.
