Treasury Yields Fall After Jobs Miss -- WSJ

Treasury yields are down after the Labor Department reported that the economy unexpectedly shed jobs last month.
The decline is being led by yields on short-term Treasurys, which are especially sensitive to the near-term outlook for interest rates set by the Federal Reserve. The 2-year Treasury yield declined below 4.17%.
