- Program Services fee revenue surged to USD 3.7 million, up 587.9% year over year; premium produced jumped to USD 109.6 million, up 479.8%.
- Legacy Reinsurance logged an underwriting loss of USD 1.3 million, including USD 0.7 million of severance-related costs in Diversified.
- CEO Luke Ledbetter cited sequential and year-over-year gains in Program Services metrics, pointing to a growing pipeline and efforts to boost operating leverage.
