- Net income attributable to shareholders swung to a $1 million profit from a $39.3 million profit in Q2 2025.
- Adjusted EBITDA (non-GAAP) rose to $389.6 million, holding flat at 13.2% of sales.
- Operating cash flow increased to $107.5 million; adjusted free cash flow (non-GAAP) climbed to $148.4 million.
- Management highlighted “positive acceleration” in results, citing the Dowlais acquisition as the main driver of year-over-year changes.
