Yimutian plans 16-for-1 ADS reverse split via ratio change effective Aug. 27
Reuters2026/08/07 11:15- Yimutian will change its ADS-to-Class A ordinary share ratio to 1:6,000 from 1:375, effective around Aug. 27.
- The change has the same effect as a 16-for-1 reverse split for the ADSs.
- ADSs will remain listed on Nasdaq under ticker YMT; the ADS price is expected to rise proportionately, with no assurance.
