- Deal increased from USD 600 million; settlement set for Aug. 11.
- Initial purchasers hold a 13-day option to buy up to an additional USD 100 million of notes.
- Net proceeds estimated at about USD 659.1 million, earmarked mainly for refinancing secured debt.
- Issuer entered capped call hedges; about USD 39.2 million of proceeds allocated to the transactions.
