- Audited financial statements were adopted.
- Final dividend of 0.06 Singapore cents per share was declared, alongside a supplemental dividend of 0.41 Singapore cents per share; payment set for Aug. 18, 2026.
- Directors were returned to the board; directors’ fees of SGD 1,273,240 were approved.
- Deloitte & Touche was reappointed as auditor; mandates to issue shares or convertible instruments, grant share awards, renew interested-person transactions, and renew share buybacks were passed.
