eWork Group announces extraordinary general meeting
Reuters2026/08/07 07:32- eWork Group will hold an extraordinary general meeting in Stockholm on Sept. 2, 2026.
- Shareholders will vote on two warrant-based incentive programs covering senior executives (2026/2029:3) and certain board members (2026/2029:4).
- The proposals include issuing up to 150,000 warrants for management and up to 50,000 warrants for board members, each convertible into one new ordinary share in 2029.
- The subscription price is set at 140% of the volume-weighted average share price from July 22 to Sept. 1, 2026.
- The company also plans to cancel two earlier incentive programs adopted on April 28, 2026.
